1. General terms and conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n Mindmoves GmbH provides various services in the areas of education and training, in particular mental training, mental coaching, consulting and sports training. The following general terms and conditions apply to all business relations. Any provisions deviating from this shall only apply if expressly agreed in writing.<\/p>\n The specific scope of services is specified in the individual contract, offer or service description.<\/p>\n Deviating terms and conditions of the client shall not apply unless Mindmoves GmbH expressly agrees to their validity in writing.<\/p>\n Individual contracts shall take precedence over these GTC insofar as they expressly stipulate individual provisions to the contrary.<\/p>\n 2. Health requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n Before starting physical training, the participant is obliged to answer questions about his\/her state of health truthfully.<\/p>\n 3. obligations of the client to cooperate<\/strong><\/p>\n The client or the participating persons bear full responsibility for their decisions, actions and results resulting from the coaching, training or support process.<\/p>\n 4. dates, cancellations and no-shows<\/strong><\/p>\n 4.1 1:1 accompaniments<\/strong><\/p>\n Agreed 1:1 appointments can be postponed free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment at the latest.<\/p>\n Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows are deemed to have taken place and will be charged in full. 4.2 Programs & Workshops<\/strong><\/p>\n Fixed dates and time periods apply for group and team formats.<\/p>\n Non-attendance of individual appointments – regardless of the reason – does not entitle the participant to a refund, reduction or make-up of the missed services.<\/p>\n There is only a right to recordings if this is expressly and according to the contract part of the program.<\/p>\n 5. remuneration & terms of payment<\/strong><\/p>\n All prices are subject to VAT unless otherwise stated. <\/p>\n The remuneration is generally payable in advance, at the latest before the start of the service, in accordance with the payment deadlines specified in the individual contract or on the invoice.<\/p>\n Mindmoves GmbH is entitled in the event of default of payment:<\/p>\n 6. contract term & termination<\/strong><\/p>\n The contract term is determined by the respective individual contract.<\/p>\n Ordinary termination during ongoing coaching programs or support formats is excluded, unless expressly agreed otherwise.<\/p>\n The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.<\/p>\n Services already rendered will not be reimbursed.<\/p>\n 7. liability<\/strong><\/p>\n Mindmoves GmbH is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.<\/p>\n Liability for indirect damages, loss of profit or lack of success is excluded to the extent permitted by law.<\/p>\n 8. data protection and discretion<\/strong><\/p>\n Personal data will not be used in any way without consent. We handle the data and all discussed information discreetly. For clients who provide employees or athletes with an offer, a written agreement on the exchange of information is concluded at the beginning of a collaboration.<\/p>\n
\nThere is no entitlement to alternative appointments.<\/p>\n\n
