“A strong me – a strong us”
The “Strong I – Strong We” workshop for groups and teams is a targeted workshop on self-leadership and team building. Participants learn methods and tools from mental training to sharpen their focus and develop their individual potential. We also immerse ourselves in the world of boxing: The practical boxing exercises strengthen body awareness and allow us to experience mental skills such as orientation, self-confidence and the courage to act. Working in a group creates a lasting team experience.
