Basics boxing technique
You will learn the basic position, the basic strikes (straights, side hooks and uppercuts) and the different defense techniques. In addition, we practice various punch combinations with sequences and in partner work. Fitness boxing is a great way to discover your body in a new way and learn how to use it to its fullest potential.
Fitness, strength, endurance and coordination
A fitness boxing workout is the ideal fitness program for women and men of all ages and fitness levels. The workout combines various elements such as intervals, endurance and speed strength. You increase your fitness and feel healthy and vital.
Every movement begins in the core, the center of the body and forms its center of gravity. You learn to play with your gravity and thereby develop new strength. A strong core is key, so we’ll work on your back and abdominal muscles. You increase your responsiveness and coordination.
Mental training: breathing exercises, mindfulness and relaxation techniques
The fitness boxing is combined with aspects of mental training. At the beginning and end of every workout stands the breathing. You’ll learn proper breathing techniques to regulate your energy during and after the workout. In addition, special breathing, relaxation and mindfulness techniques will be taught to help you sharpen your focus in everyday life and improve your mental strength.
Health
I emphasize a training that is easy on the joints, strengthening and healthy. The movements are guided to be mobilizing. By means of demonstration and instructions you will be guided and corrected in your movements.
Private lessons fitness boxing
Personal fitness boxing lessons are designed for women and men of all ages, regardless of fitness and boxing level (beginner or advanced). You decide what you want to work on. Individual goals can include building your fitness, strengthening or defining your body, working on technical focus, or promoting coordination and reaction.

Private lessons mental training
Whether you are an entrepreneur, professional or manager, self-employed, athlete, mother, father or a person in any other role: life presents us with challenges, much like a competition does to a boxer in the ring. To better deal with these challenges and to personally develop yourself, I offer you mental training.
Mental training is a targeted training to strengthen the personality. Possible goals: more clarity, decision-making, stress management, work-life-balance, more self-confidence, learing relaxation techniques.
- Work at eye level: you define the mission, I lead the process: through questions I raise awareness in you and use my expertise and appropriate methods to support your learning process.
- Solution orientation: Mental training focuses on solutions. I support you in finding them. Together we will develop a solution that feels right to you.
- Duration, amount and frequency: One session lasts for about 60 minutes. In the initial consultation you explain your concerns to me. The amount and frequency of sessions depends on your goal. We discuss this together.
