What I appreciate about Annik’s training is that she notices each person individually and gives valuable feedback that helps to improve. Even as a rookie in sports she makes you feel comfortable and motivates you to increase your own performance limit and overcome mental blockages by the help of your body.

Through the sessions with her, I noticed a significant difference. I am much more relaxed now and can deal more calmly with difficult situations. I noticed the capability of being much more relaxed on the field and to play more freely without pressure to perform.
