Box-coaching is a unique combination of mental coaching and boxing: a holistic approach for the personal development. By activating physical and mental resources, it promotes self-awareness and fosters self. The shared experience in a Mindmoves workshop creates a new sense of togetherness and strengthens teams and groups in the long term.

As an economist, qualified sports mental trainer, systemic coach & consultant and certified boxing trainer, I pass on my positive experience with these two approaches to my clients.

Mindmoves Box coaching workshops aim at teams of companies, institutions and sports clubs. For individuals there are courses and 1:1 lessons. Mental coaching is a solution-oriented approach to recognize and develop one’s own personality. Boxing improves self-awareness and strengthens the body as well as the mindset. In combination, these two approaches offer a holistic method for developing people and teams.

Annik Steinegger

Ever since I was little, I have been fascinated by the function of the mind and body and how they interact. I followed this curiosity with mental coaching and boxing. They were the key to myself, my psyche and my body. I got to know myself: my individual strengths and values and can trust them today. With Mindmoves, I combine the two approaches for the development of people and teams.
