Mindmoves Box coaching workshops aim at teams of companies, institutions and sports clubs. For individuals there are courses and 1:1 lessons. Mental coaching is a solution-oriented approach to recognize and develop one’s own personality. Boxing improves self-awareness and strengthens the body as well as the mindset. In combination, these two approaches offer a holistic method for developing people and teams.

Annik Steinegger
Ever since I was little, I have been fascinated by the function of the mind and body and how they interact. I followed this curiosity with mental coaching and boxing. They were the key to myself, my psyche and my body. I got to know myself: my individual strengths and values and can trust them today. With Mindmoves, I combine the two approaches for the development of people and teams.

Annik takes me further: as a mental coach, she has helped me to see the big picture and find peace in it. In boxing training, on the other hand, she observes closely and focuses on details, such as in technique or posture.
