You discover your strengths and talents – even those that you may not have been aware of before. Clear access to what defines you is the basis for your self-confidence.
Round 3 – Understand your motivation
Together we will find out what drives you, regardless of external expectations. You will learn to make decisions that feel right and like you.
Round 4 – Formulate your vision
You develop your personal vision: an attractive picture of your future. It gives you orientation, creates a clear direction and gives you new motivation in your life.
Round 5 – Define your goal
Based on your vision, you find new inspiration and set yourself a concrete goal for the future that drives you and which you pursue with joy.
Round 6 – Train your mindset
You will learn a mental attitude that will help you to deal with any doubts that arise and to find a positive way of dealing with the challenges on your new path.
Round 7 – Set your focus
Together we will sort your to-do’s and create space for what is really important to you. You learn to prioritize according to your needs.
Round 8 – Integration into everyday life
Together we establish healthy new routines so that you can live your change sustainably and your insights remain an integral part of your life.
